Wiser & Wiser3 & Configurators 

Wiser and its newer version wiser 3 are the content management systems of the dotnet development apartment @ happy horizon within this system their main platform for the configurators was build and maintained.

The CMS

Wiser was an interesting system to work with, the system was build to be very dynamic and instead of a traditional database scheme made use of a  Entity-Attribute-Value setup which can be very flexibel but also had the downside that queries grow more complex.

Configurators

A few clients from happy horizon made use of the configurator system that build on top of the wiser system, It allowed for customizing orders in deep detail. I For example one client sold curtains and other window dressings, the system allowed simple logic like width and height but also more complex logic that depended on other answers, at the end the system would place the order with manufacturer while also sending the order to the client and the store.
